Terms & Conditions of 30wil – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 30wil — hereinafter referred to simply as "30wil", "the platform", or "we" — accessible at https://30wil.com and through associated mobile apps. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you ("user" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "services" all features and services offered by 30wil, including Sports Betting (football, UFC, NBB basketball, volleyball, e-sports, and other sports), casino games (slots, roulette, poker, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, Live Casino), VIP Program, promotions, and responsible gaming tools.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using 30wil and contact our team to close your account. 30wil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice published on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To access 30wil's services, you must create a personal account. Registration is free and is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 30wil platform;
• Not currently be under an active self-exclusion period previously requested.

Single account: each user may hold only one active account at 30wil. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the withholding of any balances pending verification.

Identity verification (KYC): 30wil may request, at any time, identity documents (RG, CNH, passport), proof of address, and additional documents to meet legal anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide the requested documents within the established deadline may result in temporary account suspension or withholding of pending withdrawals until the process is complete.

Account Security: you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 30wil recommends using strong, unique passwords. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support via live chat or at contato@30wil.com. 30wil is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

30wil accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all available to Brazilian users:

• Pix — primary method, with funds credited to your account in seconds, available 24 hours a day;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — settlement within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay — credited immediately upon confirmation;
• Mercado Pago — available through your digital wallet balance;
• TED Bank Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, though transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998).

All deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment instruments registered in the name of the 30wil account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in a reversal of funds and account suspension. 30wil does not charge fees on deposits, though the user's bank or card issuer may apply their own charges.

30wil processes withdrawals via the same payment methods available for deposits. The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of up to 5 minutes after approval. TED withdrawals may take up to 1 business day for bank processing.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before being released, particularly for users who have not yet completed the verification process or who are requesting withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00 for the first time.

For a withdrawal to be released, the available balance must consist exclusively of:

• Real money deposited by the user and not tied to any active bonus;
• Winnings from real-money bets, after fulfillment of any applicable rollover requirements;
• Cashback and promotion refunds where all release conditions have been fully met.

30wil does not charge withdrawal fees for standard members. Withdrawals to a bank account different from the original deposit method may require additional documentation. 30wil may temporarily suspend withdrawals during security verification processes or when fraudulent activity is suspected.

30wil periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. Each promotion has specific conditions detailed on the offer page. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Rollover requirement (wagering requirement): to convert bonus balance into real funds available for withdrawal, the user must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus) a set number of times. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer's terms.

• Bets placed at odds below 1.40 in Sports Betting may not count toward the rollover requirement;
• In casino games, different game types may contribute at varying percentages toward the rollover (e.g., slots 100%, roulette 20%);
• Cancelled bets, bets placed on both sides of a market (arbing), or clearly risk-free bets do not count;
• The validity period for each bonus is indicated in the promotion — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled with no refund.

Welcome bonus: available only to users registering for the first time on 30wil with a valid CPF. Using multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is considered fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of all accounts involved.

VIP Program: the 30wil VIP Program rewards regular users with points that accumulate with every bet. The benefits at each level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) are described on the VIP Program page. 30wil reserves the right to adjust the program's criteria and benefits with 30 days' prior notice.

All Sports Betting at 30wil is subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules available in the platform's help section:

Bet confirmation: a bet is only considered valid after explicit confirmation by the 30wil system, indicated by a receipt displaying a reference number. Connection issues at the time of submission may result in unregistered bets — always check your bet history in the customer area.

Odds: the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to the outcome. Any subsequent updates do not affect already confirmed bets. In cases of a clear odds error (odds obviously inconsistent with the market due to a technical fault), 30wil reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the affected bets, notifying impacted users.

Cancelled or postponed events:

• Matches cancelled before kick-off: the bet is fully refunded;
• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time: the bet is refunded;
• Matches that start and end prematurely without an official result: bets are refunded, except for markets whose outcome has already been determined;
• For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed from the combination and the accumulator is recalculated.

Cash-out: the early cash-out feature is available on selected markets. The value offered at the time of cash-out is calculated in real time and may be lower than the bet's total potential payout. 30wil may temporarily suspend cash-out on certain events for technical or risk management reasons.

Live Betting: during live events, 30wil may temporarily suspend markets at critical moments (possible goal, card, or injury). Bets submitted while a market is suspended are automatically rejected.

30wil's casino games — including slots, roulette, poker, blackjack, baccarat, live casino, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and similar), and other categories — are provided by internationally certified technology partners.

RNG and Provably Fair: all casino games on 30wil use random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent organizations. Crash games available on the platform use Provably Fair technology, which allows users to verify the authenticity of each round's result after it concludes. 30wil does not interfere with game outcomes.

RTP (Return to Player): the theoretical return percentage for each game is available on that title's information page. RTP is calculated over a large volume of rounds and does not guarantee individual results. Each gaming session may result in a win or a loss regardless of the stated RTP.

Session interruption: in the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome is determined by the server and automatically credited to the user's account. 30wil maintains logs of all sessions for auditing and dispute resolution purposes.

Betting limits: each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the interface. These limits may vary depending on the user's VIP level and the specific conditions of any active promotion.

Any behavior that undermines the integrity of the 30wil platform or harms other users is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, bonus cancellation, and — where applicable — withdrawal holds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account using the same CPF, email address, or payment details ("multiple accounts");
• Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or any system that simulates or assists betting in an automated manner;
• Knowingly and repeatedly exploiting technical errors in odds or balances ("bug abuse");
• Systematic arbitrage betting ("arbing") aimed at guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome with no real risk;
• Meeting bonus rollover requirements by placing bets on both sides of a market ("bonus abuse");
• Use of insider information, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games;
• Attempted fraud in financial transactions, improper chargebacks, or use of third-party credit cards;
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity conducted through the 30wil platform.

30wil cooperates fully with the competent Brazilian authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity. Balances held during investigations do not accrue interest or monetary adjustment and may be seized if fraud is confirmed.

30wil believes that healthy entertainment is mindful entertainment. Our platform offers a full set of responsible gaming tools available in the account settings area:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum amount for daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. The limit takes effect immediately once configured. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period, after which new deposits are automatically blocked;
• Session limit: set a maximum continuous play time. Once the limit is reached, you will be notified and the session will end;
• Voluntary break: suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, login and deposits are blocked;

30wil provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

30wil is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — the decision to bet rests solely with the user;
• User-side internet connection issues or device failures that result in unregistered bets;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in third-party banking systems (banks, card networks, etc.);
• Decisions by referees, judges, or sports governing bodies that affect the outcome of already confirmed live bets;
• Unauthorized use of the account by third parties resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

In cases of a proven technical error on the 30wil platform that causes direct loss to the user, 30wil's liability is limited to the value of the affected bet. 30wil is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law.

30wil may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the services offered, applicable legislation, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated with a minimum advance notice of 30 days by:

• Prominent notice on the 30wil platform homepage;
• Email notification to the address registered on the user's account;
• Push notification via mobile app, if the user has that feature enabled.

Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at https://30wil.com/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the current legislation governing sports betting and online gaming in Brazil.

For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be. Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through 30wil's support channel within 30 days.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Partial invalidity does not affect the rest of the agreement.
